bunny.net expands into Lisbon, Portugal

The bunnies are taking over the world, hopping faster and faster every month! Over just the past few months, we have increased our global network footprint by over 20%, and we are not stopping there! 2021 has been a very busy year for us and we are continuing our expansion plans to multiple new locations around the world.

That being said, we are excited to announce our latest expansion. To continue our vision of helping build a faster new internet, we have opened a new bunny.net CDN PoP in Lisbon, Portugal, bringing your content closer to 10 million people in the country.

The Lisbon PoP has been up and running in production for 3 days now with great results. Overall, we have measured an average latency improvement of over 35%.

Despite our affordable pricing, we always focus on delivering the absolute best performance, putting us right next to AWS or Akamai, yet at a fraction of the cost.
