How do we use your data

List of sub-processors that we use at bunny.net.

ZenDesk

Our company uses ZenDesk to provide customer support to our users. In the course of providing this service, ZenDesk may collect personal data such as names and email addresses of our users. In some cases, users may also choose to provide additional information, including customer logs, as part of their support request.

Slack

Our company uses Slack to provide customer support to our users. In the course of providing this service, Slack may collect personal data such as names and email addresses of our users. In some cases, users may also choose to provide additional information, including customer logs, as part of their support request.

Clickup

Used for internal bug tracking, plus feature requests, account owners information is passed from ZenDesk to be able to report back to the user. If the customer has chosen to provide further information such as customer logs, this would also be included in Clickup.

Google Workspace

In our use of Google Workspace for email communication, we may collect and store personal data such as name and email address. Additionally, if a user sends customer data through our email system, this data may also be collected and stored.

MailChannels

Our company uses MailChannels as a service to enable you to send emails to your clients. This will collect their name, email address and email content. All of this will be passed through to MailChannels to deliever these emails to your users.

OpenAI

We have partnered with OpenAI to incorporate their state-of-the-art text, audio, and media processing capabilities into our services. If the user is using the support chatbot, the chat messages will be send to OpenAI to process. Additionally, if using the Bunny Stream transcription feature, the audio from any uploaded videos will be passed to open AI to provide a transcription service. If using the Bunny CDN AI image generation, the prompt will be sent to the OpenAI to generate the image.

Atlassian

Used for internal bug tracking, plus feature requests, account owners information is passed from ZenDesk to be able to report back to the user. If the customer has chosen to provide further information such as customer logs, this would also be included in Atlassian.
